Returns Policy

We want you to be pleased with your order. If for any reason (excluding damages) you are unhappy with your product, please contact us (via email or phone) within 14 days of receiving the product, you then have a further 14 days to return it back to us.

If the product is damaged upon delivery, please contact us (via email or phone) within 48 hours of receiving the product. Please include photographic proof of the damage and if the actual package was damaged. ND On The Green will provide you with a full refund or exchange. ND On The Green may require that the faulty item is returned back to us.

Products returned to us must be in a resalable condition. Products should be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging with any labels attached. Please include a copy of receipt in the returns package.

With the exception of faulty goods, ND On The Green is not responsible for the cost of returning products. We always advise that you obtain a proof of postage when returning an item.

Please allow up to 10 working days for us to receive your return and communicate receipt of the goods.

Antique items are sold as seen and described on the website. Signs of age and imperfections including scuffs and chips are expected with antique or vintage pieces, but we try our best to accurately highlight them in the product description.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns on bespoke and customised items.

Refund Policy

Upon receipt of the return, we will assess the condition of the product and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the refund has been approved, we will then process the refund as soon as possible to your original payment method excluding any delivery costs.
