Delivery Policy

Currently we only accept orders for delivery to Mainland UK addresses

1. The calculation of shipping costs varies by weight and size and will be added to the value of your order at the shipping stage of your transaction.
2. Bulk order over 20kg will require a bespoke delivery quote, please email info@ndonthegreen.co.uk, telephone 020 8892 8491 with details of your order and delivery address and we will contact you back with a quotation.
3. ND On The Green usually despatches all items within 48 hours of receiving an order and delivered within 3-7 working days; however, please allow 14 days. You will be notified of any delay or cancellation of your order.

For information about Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, please email info@ndonthegreen.co.uk with a link of the item(s) you are interested in and the delivery address. We will then obtain a quote from our delivery partner and if the fee is agreed, we will issue you with an invoice that can then be paid by bank transfer.

Unfortunately, we do not export from the United Kingdom. ND On The Green will gladly delivery your order to your pre-selected freight forwarder located in Mainland UK. Our delivery fee does not cover any costs associated to transport your order to its final foreign destination (i.e. crating costs, port charges, documentation fees, insurance costs, import fees etc), these are your responsibility. The customer is solely responsible for Import Taxes, Custom Duties, fees levied by the destination country or any import regulations due to the nature of the product.
